Your Privacy Choices

✓ LogDaily stores everything exclusively on your device. The developer has zero access to your data. There is no need to contact us to view, export, or delete anything. Everything is done directly within the App.

📦 What Data the App Stores

LogDaily stores only the information you explicitly enter. This includes:

Tracker definitions

Names, icons, colors, and field (Detail) configurations you set up.

📝

Log entries

Timestamps and field values you record each time you log an entry.

⚙️

App preferences

Display mode preference (tile vs. list view). Nothing personally identifiable.

CSV export files (optional)

Files you choose to export appear in the Files app under On My iPhone → LogDaily. These are never uploaded anywhere.

The App collects no device identifiers, location data, contact information, usage statistics, or any other data beyond what you type in.

👁️ View Your Data

Your data is always directly accessible within the App:

Open LogDailyThe home screen shows all your trackers and today's entry counts.
Tap the detail arrow (›) on any trackerOpens the full entry list for that tracker in reverse-chronological order.
Tap any entry to view or edit itAll field values are displayed and editable.

📤 Export Your Data

You can export your data at any time in two formats:

Export all data as JSON (complete backup)

Tap the ↑↓ transfer icon on the home screenThis opens the Import / Export menu.
Tap "Export All"Choose whether to include entry data or just tracker structure.
Choose a destinationSave to Files, share via Mail, AirDrop, or any other app.

Export a single tracker as CSV

Open any tracker's detail viewTap the › arrow on a tracker tile.
Go to the Settings tabTap the gear icon in the top-right corner.
Tap "Export CSV"The CSV file is shared via the system share sheet. Save it to Files, email it, or send it to any other app.

CSV files auto-generated in the background are also always available in Files app → On My iPhone → LogDaily without any action on your part.

🗑️ Delete Your Data

Delete a single entry

Open a tracker's detail view → List tab
Swipe left on any entryA red Delete button appears. Tap to confirm.

Delete an entire tracker and all its entries

Open the tracker's detail view
Go to Settings tab → scroll to bottom
Tap "Delete Tracker"Confirm in the dialog. This permanently removes the tracker and all its entries.

Delete all data (complete wipe)

Long-press the LogDaily icon on your home screen
Tap "Remove App" → "Delete App"iOS permanently deletes the App and all of its data, including all trackers, entries, preferences, and export files. This cannot be undone.

🚫 No Account to Delete

LogDaily requires no user account and stores no data on any server. There is no account to delete, no profile to close, and no online data to request removal of.

Uninstalling the App from your device is the complete and immediate equivalent of a full data deletion request. No further action or developer involvement is needed.
